Mangalore University to reduce tatkal fee from Rs 2,800 to Rs 700

Mangalore University is considering reducing the fee for its tatkal revaluation facilities, which were introduced to benefit students who received their sixth-semester results. Initially, the fee was set to be four times the regular fee of Rs 700, but the university has decided to stick to the normal fee due to concerns about affordability. The new tatkal facilities will allow the revaluation process to be completed in 15-20 days, significantly faster than the previous three-month timeframe. The decision to reduce the fee has been praised by students and teachers.
